The ‘LRF Group’ assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or expense caused by reliance on the information or advice in Newbuildings Online or howsoever provided, unless that person has signed a contract with the relevant ‘LRF Group’ entity for the provision of this information or advice and in that case any responsibility or liability is exclusively on the terms and conditions set out in that contract.

Any dispute concerning the provision of ‘LRF Group’ services and/or the contract under which the services are provided is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and will be governed by English law.

‘LRF Group’ makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, about the information provided through Newbuildings Online, including any hypertext links or any other items used either directly or indirectly and reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time without notice.

‘LRF Group’ grants to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the System for a period of one year from the date of LRF Group’s acceptance of your application form for subscription to the System for your own internal business purposes. In the case of a single user licence being purchased you shall use the System on a single work station only. In the case of a concurrent user licence being purchased you shall be permitted to use the System on the number of work stations agreed with the LRF Group at a single continuous geographical site as specified at the time of your order. A separate licence must be obtained for use of the System at another geographical site.

Any attempt to bypass the subscriber security to gain unauthorised access to data on Newbuildings Online, will be considered to be criminal trespass. Legal action will be taken against any person who attempts to violate the security of this web site.
